500 CLIENTS PER DAY FOR 5 SELL POINTS

« Mr. Giusti, can you explain us why you chose to automate the stock of your pharmacy with APOTEKA ? »

- First, I have to specify that, in my old pharmacy, I chose a competitor system because, besides its rapidity to prepare and deliver the orders, APOTEKA seemed less evolved to me at that time.
When I sold my pharmacy to buy a new one, the version of APOTEKA 3, on the market in 2005, convinced me. More compact, more modular, more complete that the old versions but as simple, I chose to change the provider of my pharmacy.

« Between your first experience with a robot and more generally with classical stowage, what are the advantages you want to point up ? »

- The main difference ? More flexible and productive work at the counter if necessary. In my old automated pharmacy, while we were 8 at the counters days where we served 350 clients, we are now only 5 to serve more than 500 clients.
This double experience enabled me to become aware of the fact that fastness is a fundamental criterion for an optimal automation while at that time, I wasn’t convinced of it
And this fastness doesn’t prevent a better service to the clients, on the contrary, because we are much more available to comment the prescription and advice the clients. As I need fewer co-workers to serve at the sell points, many more are available to advice and sell more ! »
