« Mr. Layet, can you explain us your choice for automation ? »

- When I bought this pharmacy in 2003, I wanted to modify it all and gain room by relocating stock.

« After 3 years and a half of automation, what results have you got ? »

- Besides the expansion of my sell surface, I’m still very surprised by the fastness of the system. The pharmacy works with 3 employees, including me, and I’m really convinced that the automat prevented me from hiring one or two extras in spite of the very big increase of activity I’ve known.

« Some of your colleagues think that automation is destined to big pharmacies. How do you respond to them ? »

- That my pharmacy is an example of profitable automation in a modest pharmacy. I have more than 90% of my stock which is automated and here is the secret! The 10% left are within hands and enabled me to do an optimized investment, and consequently the precise study of the stock before the automation has been primordial to convince me !
