« Mr. Lachèze, can you explain us your experience of automation. »

- I’ve been one of the first pharmacists to install an automat. At that time, I chose APOTEKA because it seemed to me the most simple and the quickest, so the most reliable and competitive one.
After 6 years of automation, my co-workers and I couldn’t go on without APOTEKA. Qualitatively speaking, everybody finds their way around: my clients appreciate a more attentive service and a more important advice time. My team is more available, less tired and has the opportunity to give value to their competences.

« What pushed you to invest in a new APOTEKA automat as part of your recent reorganization ? »

- For a long time, I’ve had the plan to extend my sell surface. APOTEKA offered me to move my actual automat upstairs, but my sales had increased and I had finished financing the first, so I chose the new version. In spite of new systems arrived on the market, APOTEKA evolved and they’re still the leaders on the market. No other system seemed to present a best quality/price report. So I stayed loyal to them !

« What are the inventions which seduced you the most ? »

- The new computer functions, density, help to stowage and the aesthetic are details that convinced me. Moreover, the professionalism of the APOTEKA team enabled to control the release from the old automat to the new one without any accident, primordial point to me to avoid supplementary problems !
