TIME BENEFIT AND QUALITY OF THE INSTALLATION
« Mr. Dubreucq, can you explain us why you chose APOTEKA to automate your pharmacy ? » - My pharmacy is in a mall, with 1300 clients in the mean on Saturdays, so our choice really quickly went towards an automat, the robots couldn’t make us gain time because they simply didn’t have the enough flow during rush hours! APOTEKA appeared to be the most successfully completed and quickest automat.
- After 4 months of use, we have aimed our goals. Despite a very important number of clients, we improved the quality of our service. Our clients are more patient, they’re more good listeners because we take more time to comment the prescription and give them the waited advice. It wasn’t the case before. “Pressure” in the waiting lines created little tension on both sides of the counters, which often limited the service to the minimum. And the 7 necessary seconds to obtain a prescription allow us to grant our clients’ wish, that is to say, lose as less time as possible in our pharmacy !
- Our main fear was the setting-up. We opted for a very large storage automation, and some of our colleagues warned us against this running in period. We wanted somebody to come along with us during this transition period. Today, we can testify of the quality of the specific service APOTEKA gave us.
