AUTOMATE EVOLUTION AND CONTINUOUS FORMATION

In 2006, APOTEKA offered me to analyze the stock of my automat installed in 2000.

Consequently I chose both services, Optima (detailed study and advice to update the automated storage) and Optima + (reorganization made by a co-worker of APOTEKA).

At the same time, my team enjoyed a new formation to know how to use at the maximum the automat and its software because, with time, we realized we didn’t use all the interesting functions which already existed. Moreover, I got the advantage to update my installation with the new wifi scanner and the diodes which help to the stowage and didn’t exist at the time, all this allowing accelerating the prescriptions stowage which takes less time than with the drawers in column.

Today, our team and I have the feeling to have a new machine because, with this reorganization, the number of the complete prescriptions delivered to the counter increased and my team perfectly controls the resource.

It’s almost 7 years that I’m automated and, not only I enjoyed the advantages of my automat to serve quicker my clientele and better advice them, but it also reassured me to see that APOTEKA, as a leader, didn’t just make evolve its automat for new clients, but that they thought of the old ones to make us benefit of the last inventions.
